SERVICE CAP initiated a batching plant in Tunisia, the system automatically produces prints with reporting dispensing useful for billing and daily totals for the control of consumption.

CAP service technicians, in Mauritius islands, setted up an electronic filling machine of 8000 b/h (1 liter format) where the dosage is in an electronic setting dose from the control panel.

This is the complete and automated management of an air transport in a finish plant. The wooden windows part are hung to some bars and transported by various chains, this parts have to be moved along the line for the painting phase. The difficulty in this plant was the need to grant an automatic system for the bars path selection without a RFID system based on TAGS.

Evert bars is provided with an electronic TAG and thanks to a Siemens RFID system, it is possible to identify and address in the right direction the product loaded on the bar.

CAP Service Ltd. has been chosen as Chief of the group of software companies called upon to manage the rebuilding of a glass furnace. More forces were combined to achieve a difficult goal: to replace some of the Quantum PLCShneider and modify existing programs on other PLC Quantum and MomentumPLCs to enable the rapid restart of the furnace after a total renovation of the plant and of the wiring

CAP Service has provided this facility for the automation of process control panelsand all the control software. The system consists of a: gas turbine of 6,300 kW, a gas recovery boiler which produces steam, heated water through a battery placed in the rear and two steam generators to produce steam.

It is a blow molding machine for the production of plastic bottles to which was removed the old control system and replaced with a Siemens PLC interfaced with an operator panel Hakko by MPI network.
